What does "Unlimited design service" mean?
It’s important to remember that while our service is incredibly efficient, it’s not magic. When you submit 20 requests today, it doesn’t mean they’ll all be completed tomorrow. However, our ‘unlimited’ truly means just that – you can submit as many requests as you need, and our dedicated designer will diligently work on your queue every business day. Even better, revisions are also unlimited.
To make the most of your subscription, you have two options. You can keep your queue consistently filled to maximize your daily design output, or you can opt for multiple subscriptions to further increase your design capacity.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
No. After subscribing, you have the freedom to include an unlimited number of design requests in your queue, and they will be delivered sequentially.
What is the turnaround time for receiving my designs?
Typically, the majority of requests are finished within a speedy 2 days or even less. However, it’s worth noting that more complex requests may require additional time.
How do I request designs?
At Designduty, clients are introduced and given access to their personal Trello board, where they describe the requests, sharing Google docs or drawings, or even making a brief video with Loom if they don’t want to write everything down. In other words, if you can put it in or share it through Trello, it works!
What happens if I don't like the design?
No problem. We offer unlimited revisions with our plans. We will work on it until you are 100% satisfied:)
What if I only have a single request?
It is recommended to go with our Weekly Plan for single request. And if you are on the Monthly Plan, then just pause your subscription and come back when needed again.
What kind of work Designduty doesn't offer?
- Extremely complex or fine art illustrations
- 3D/CAD projects
- Complex photo manipulation
- Digital painting and game assets
- Fillable or interactive PDF documents
- Programming, coding, or development
- File formats outside of our supported file types
- Trademarked names, brands, or quotes
- Content writing or manual typing (typing text from images, coming up with titles for ads, doing research for copy, etc.)
Inappropriate requests that are sexually explicit, defamatory, ethnically or racially offensive, or anything that is against Designduty’s policies.
Are there any refunds?
Due to the nature of our service, no refunds will be issued.
